balanced stay

fresh milk included breakfast loud music understaffed hotel
I stayed for three nights. the location is very picturesque and tranquil. The hotel really puts a lot of detail and thought into it, from putting out fresh milk by your door each morning to having a communal pantry with extra things you may need during your stay. the restaurant is fantastic and the included breakfast is an amazing value!
The hotel was understaffed. i booked a beautiful double room, traveling alone. the room was right next to the outside bar area. It had loud music until around 11 pm.

Excellent Cotswolds Stay

comfortable bed fresh milk friendly staff top breakfast
The double room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed. I found fresh milk delivered daily to the room. This was a nice touch. The staff helped us with our bags to our room and were very friendly and cute. The breakfast was top tier (i especially liked the pancakes!).
The bar felt more like a waiting lounge, and the service there could improve slightly.
